Had a flat tire late Saturday afternoon, right before closing time, when streets were closed down all over LB for an event. When I called Jacob not only said he could help me, but he guided me on the best route to get there. I was in and out in no time. Jacob also respectfully explained what was wrong with my tire, which I appreciate. He left a great first impression - I will go back for future service!
