6/26/25- our first visit & experience at 4th St. Auto was impressive. Jim was very accommodating over the phone and had a great attitude every time I called to set-up (or reschedule) a drop off appointment. I needed my truck diagnosed & repaired in 1 day, if possible, and Jacob did everything he could to accommodate my time-sensitive request. He also applied a public servant discount towards my total cost of repair, which was sincerely appreciated. I'm grateful to have found this auto repair shop & I plan to bring all of my Long Beach fleet of trucks to 4th St. Auto for any necessary service or repairs.
